About your College/University

Thank you for starting your application for membership of RIDBA.

There are four sections and you will need a jpeg or png of your company logo, the contact details of two trade references, copies of insurance certificates, a typical risk assessment and method statement, a signed health and safety policy and CE/UKCA certification. Payment can be made at the end of the process via credit/debit card or direct debit.

Answers are required for all questions marked with an asterisk and please note you cannot save the application and return to it at a later stage.
