In keeping with modern farming machinery and their increase in size and capability since the original barns circa 1950s construction, the new Replacement General Purpose Buildings foot-print and height had to be increased from its predecessors.
Consistent communication and coordination with the Principal Designer throughout the project was essential to ensure that all of the above design details were produced to be in keeping with the
neighbouring traditional buildings and the heritage they hold. This project was one of three new developments commissioned on the site over the course of the year.
