Completed in April 2025, this major community health, care, and leisure development demonstrates how large-scale construction can deliver meaningful social and environmental impact. Built on a challenging brownfield site, the project achieved net zero construction through the use of solar power, HVO fuel, and other low-carbon technologies.
Designed to reflect the area’s industrial heritage, the development has created over 1,800 jobs and generated significant local economic benefits, all while maintaining a strong focus on apprenticeships and community engagement.
