Completed in April 2025, this 1,494 m² waste transfer facility was designed with a strong focus on acoustic performance and environmental sensitivity. Noise reduction was key to planning approval, achieved through acoustic insulation and bespoke perforated liners that limit emissions and protect nearby residential areas.
Despite restricted access and archaeological testing requirements, the project was delivered on time and on budget. Featuring rooflights for natural daylight and a clean, functional design, it reflects a collaborative, long-term partnership between the client and contractor spanning over 40 years.
