Completed in July 2024, Brocksbushes is a 3,370 m² development featuring a new farm shop, café, and soft play centre. Designed and delivered by S&A Fabrications, it represents the company’s largest and most complex retail build to date.
Constructed while the site remained fully operational, the project incorporates solar panels, air source heat pumps, and locally sourced materials to ensure both sustainability and a strong connection to its rural surroundings.
