Completed in August 2024, this 1,375 m² warehouse and office development was delivered on a restricted corner site, requiring precise logistics, phased deliveries, and the use of mobile cranes. The high-accuracy steel frame enabled seamless integration of curtain walling, soffits, and multi-material cladding.
With striking composite panels, oversailing fascias, and PV-ready roofing, the project combines architectural flair with sustainability. Completed on time and within budget, it has since become a benchmark for quality and design, leading to further commissions from the same client.
