Completed in February 2025, this 2,195 m² production facility replaced a timber shavings factory destroyed by fire, restoring and modernising operations with dedicated fabrication, workshop, boiler, and drying areas. A custom 20 m truss created a large open-plan workspace, while cantilevered mezzanines and adaptable truss systems ensured flexibility for future needs.

Built with intumescent-painted steel and precast concrete panels for enhanced fire safety, the enclosed design also reduces noise and dust. Delivered on time and within budget, the project was praised by the client for boosting both efficiency and staff morale.
