Completed in August 2024, this 2,080 m² off-grid grain drying and storage facility combines sustainability with smart design. Powered by a solar PV array with battery storage and diesel backup, the project was delivered ahead of schedule and included a new weighbridge and access route.
Built near ponds and powerlines, it was carefully managed to ensure safety and minimal disruption. With natural-coloured cladding, sound-attenuated fans and roof guardrails for solar maintenance, it showcases efficient and environmentally responsible construction.
