Wareing Buildings was approached to fabricate and construct a building’s steel frame, incorporating a mezzanine floor. However, once their engineers saw the designs, theyidentified ways of providing a better build cheaper and quicker.
They were able to raise the foundations and create a fully suspended support, while significantly reducing the size of the foundations, minimising both cost and disruption.
In a high-profile location within a national park and UNESCO World Heritage Site, consideration for noise pollution and ground vibrations was crucial.
